• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a recognised professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Preferably 4 years of relevant experience
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• A collaborative team player who maintains good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly closing of accounts, prepare journal entries, and ensure all transactions and invoices are accurately coded and posted in the General Ledger.
• Manage and handle Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable transactions, including accruals, cost allocations, and payment processes in coordination with the shared services team (1FSS).
• Manage the Sundry Billings function to ensure timely and accurate bill generation.
• Maintain master data including GL accounts, cost centres, and internal orders.
• Prepare and submit monthly supporting schedules, related companies' disclosures, and reports for Management, auditors, and external parties.

Reporting to the Manager, Finance, the Senior Assistant Manager will manage and handle day-to-day Finance Operations across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Sundry Billings functions. The role offers broad, practical exposure across month-end closing, reporting and payment processing. It is suited to candidates who want to build strong Finance foundations while contributing to the delivery of quality community healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing of accounts, prepare journal entries, and ensure all transactions and invoices are accurately coded and posted in the General Ledger.
• Manage and handle Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable transactions, including accruals, cost allocations, and payment processes in coordination with the shared services team (1FSS).
• Manage the Sundry Billings function to ensure timely and accurate bill generation.
• Maintain master data including GL accounts, cost centres, and internal orders.
• Prepare and submit monthly supporting schedules, related companies' disclosures, and reports for Management, auditors, and external parties.

• Engage with internal departments, vendors, and the shared services team to facilitate and resolve payment-related matters.

• Support quality improvement initiatives and projects as assigned.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a recognised professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Preferably 4 years of relevant experience
