Aetos Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Finance professional to oversee daily Finance Operations, including AP, AR and Cash Processing. You will guide Team Leads, resolve escalations and ensure records are complete, accurate and audit-ready.

The role focuses on control, process improvement and timely reporting, partnering with Financial Reporting and FP&A to deliver reliable financial information and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a recognised qualification.
• 5+ years in accounting or Finance Operations with month-end close and controls.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, cash processing and GL processes.
• Knowledge of GST compliance and regulatory obligations in Singapore.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Effective people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Excel and finance reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Finance Operations across AP, AR and Cash Processing with timely delivery.
• Coordinate pre-close and month-end activities and support group reporting.
• Maintain reconciliations, cut-offs, and evidence to ensure records are audit-ready.
• Uphold internal controls, policies, and Delegation of Authority requirements.
• Lead Team Leads, set priorities and coach staff for accountability.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting, FP&A and business stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits with organized schedules and records.
• Drive process standardisation, governance and automation improvements.
