Bank of China Limited in Singapore is seeking an administrative professional to support daily financial operations, including batch payments execution and input of expenses into the in-house system.

You will also identify tax classifications for business and personnel expenses, process charge-out expenses via journal entries, send payment advices to vendors, and manage daily despatch and collection documentation for the Financial Management Department. Ad-hoc admin tasks complete the role.

• Batch payments execution
• Creation of new customer data in in-house system
• Input and retrieve expenses details into/in-house system
• Tax identification of business and personnel expenses into tax categories
• Charge-out expenses into departments via Journal Entries
• Sending payment advices to vendors
• Consolidate and stamp invoices in numerical sequence
• Daily despatch and collection documents for Financial Management Department (FMD)
• Ad-hoc admin tasks
