Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites applications for a Financial Control & Financial Management Intern. You will help ensure accurate processing of invoices, support financial verifications, and assist with posting in Oracle Cloud while learning about controls and reporting in a dynamic bank environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: support accurate and timely processing of invoices per policies.
• Financial Verification: review invoices and supporting docs for completeness and accuracy.
• System Administration: assist with posting invoices and maintaining records in Oracle Cloud.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: support account reconciliations and reporting, investigate discrepancies.
