Job summary

Dona Manis Cake Shop, a Singapore heritage bakery, seeks an Accounts / Business Administration Intern to support finance and operations. You will handle bookkeeping, data entry, and vendor coordination while assisting with daily business tasks and inventory control.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with strong Excel skills and an interest in heritage brands or F&B. Training and mentorship from founders are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and basic understanding of financial and business workflows.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with Google Drive or accounting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping and data entry using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or Excel).
• Help prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss summaries, and budget trackers.
• Support inventory costing and raw material reconciliation and process invoices.
• Digitize and organize financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist with operations coordination, including event mall pop-ups and staff scheduling.
• Support SOPs, forms, and filing systems; contribute to sales reports and outlet logistics.
