Job summary

BREAD & BUTTER STUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an organised, proactive Marketing Accounts Intern to support client accounts and campaign execution in a fast-paced boutique agency.

You'll work closely with the Founder, Account Manager and Creative Team to coordinate campaigns, prepare briefs, track timelines and deliverables, and help craft content ideas for client deliverables.

Experience is welcome, but initiative and willingness to learn matter most.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Strong communication skills for client coordination and team collaboration.
• Creative mindset with interest in marketing and social media.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate with clients on ongoing projects and deliverables.
• Develop content ideas and campaign concepts with the team.
• Assist with monthly content planning and content calendars.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and creators.
• Prepare briefs and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Track timelines, approvals, feedback and open items.
• Assist with client meetings, notes and follow-ups.
• Monitor social media accounts, competitors and trends.
• Assist with monthly reports and derive insights.
• Support campaign launches and other marketing activities.
• Ensure promised work is delivered well.
