Job summary

MAMA is seeking a Finance and Accounting Intern in Singapore to gain hands-on experience in core accounting processes and day-to-day financial operations. You will support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general financial records under the guidance of the Finance Manager.

Ideal candidates are team players with basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, who are eager to learn and contribute to the finance team.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and issuing customer invoices
• Monitor incoming payments and help follow up on outstanding receivables
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims
• Support timely and accurate vendor payments
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Other duties as required by the Finance Manager
