Job summary

Dona Manis Cake Shop in Singapore is seeking an organised Procurement & Store Executive to manage procurement, inventory and stock administration for our bakery operations. This role focuses on planning ahead to ensure timely replenishment and accurate records.

You will coordinate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and support delivery and logistics as needed while upholding FIFO/FEFO practices and maintaining orderly storage across sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory control or supply chain roles.
• F&B, bakery, food manufacturing, FMCG or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive in replenishment before stock runs low.
• Able to manage multiple suppliers and orders simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with procurement systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procure ingredients, packaging materials and consumables and maintain records.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders before inventory reaches critical levels.
• Plan purchasing based on usage, promotions and production needs.
• Prepare purchase orders and keep procurement documents updated.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO and stock counts; minimise wastage.
• Support delivery runs and logistics as needed.
