Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a hands-on accounting role based in Singapore.

The successful candidate will manage Accounts Payables, including vendor invoices, payment scheduling, and cashbook maintenance, as well as Accounts Receivables and billings, project billing, and customer portal queries. You will also assist General Ledger activities, prepare month-end and year-end packages, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Vendor invoices processing and payment scheduling.
• Maintain cashbook and freelance payments.
• Petty cash claims and corporate card handling.
• Assist in weekly cashflow forecasts.
• Accounts receivable, project billings and aging.
• Record in Sage 300 and assist year-end rollover.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare JE for month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare month-end packages and financial schedules.
• Record in Sage 300 and assist in year-end rollover.
• Provide ad-hoc internal reports.
