Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Assistant to support day-to-day accounting duties in Singapore. You will assist with AP, AR, GL, invoicing, reconciliations, and monthly reports under supervision.

The role offers exposure to GST filings, year-end closing, audit prep, cash flow monitoring, and ad hoc finance tasks within a small team environment. A Diploma/Degree in Accountancy is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or related courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily AP, AR, and General Ledger activities.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, receipts, and customer billing.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
• Support cash flow monitoring and payment follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Support GST filing, year-end closing, and audit preparation.
• Prepare delivery orders and shipping documentation.
• Provide general support to the Finance team and ad hoc tasks.
