Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions such as invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses accurately and promptly in the accounting system.
• Organize and file financial documents including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries.
• Process vendor invoices and prepare payments to manage accounts payable efficiently.
• Issue customer invoices, credit notes, statements of accounts, and manage collections.
• Communicate with external parties to resolve financial matters.
• Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
