Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage journal entries for multiple entities, ensure timely intercompany reconciliation, and upload data to Tagetik for group submission.

You will work closely with business units and finance operations to record revenues and expenses, monitor monthly P&L and balance sheet items, and support tax schedules and audits. This role offers exposure to healthcare and multinational environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy with partial ACCA.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Audit experience; MNC and healthcare exposure preferred.
• Experience handling large portfolios across multiple legal entities.

Responsibilities

• Complete journal entries for all business units by set timelines.
• Perform interco reconciliation and upload to Tagetik.
• Record revenues and expenses monthly with accuracy.
• Highlight monthly P&L fluctuations with explanations.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules and clear long outstanding items.
• Prepare tax schedules and support tax queries.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Assist in annual stock take and incentives calculations.
• Ensure SOP compliance in daily work.
• Support reporting manager in supervising staff and ad-hoc tasks.
