Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with ISCA membership.
• At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience, including audit.
• At least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance analysis to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and drive system enhancements to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, tax advisors, and government authorities, on finance-related matters.
• Guide and develop the finance team while supporting corporate initiatives, business projects, and continuous process improvements.
