Job summary

SINEUROPE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including AP, AR, GL and cash flow management. You will prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets and reports, and ensure timely month-end and year-end closes.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, taxation and GST requirements.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with management and external parties.
• Hands-on, responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets and financial reports.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital and foreign exchange transactions.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST regulations and statutory requirements.
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing and stock reconciliation.
• Implement and improve internal controls, accounting procedures and financial reporting processes.
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.
• Support management in financial planning, budgeting and business decision-making.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.
