Nxera is at the forefront of the data center industry, driving sustainable, connected, and AI-powered infrastructure. We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead regional DC projects from initiation through closure, coordinating with country leads and delivering on time and within budget.

You'll develop master plans, manage budgets and tenders, and ensure EHS compliance while traveling regionally 20–25% as needed. A strong engineering background and MS Project proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or architecture.
• Strong leadership with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage new Data Center project execution for green and/or brown field projects regionally.
• Support country project leads and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop project master program, project charter and set up project processes.
• Source specialists and subject matter experts for the delivery team.
• Translate business requirements into executable project deliverables.
• Prepare project budgets and manage approved capital funding cashflow and spending.
• Lead project tender and administration processes.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of project progress and expenditure.
