Job summary

Stryv is hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to strengthen monthly closing, reporting, consolidation, audit readiness, controls, cash flow and management reporting across Singapore and regional operations. You will work closely with the CFO and Financial Controller to drive high-quality financial processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA / CPA / ACCA preferred.
• 6–10 years of overall finance and accounting experience.
• Ideally 2–3 years of external audit experience, preferably from a Big 4 or established audit firm.
• Experience across SMEs and MNC environments with strong financial controls and reporting discipline.
• Experience with monthly closing, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and group consolidation.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and consolidation adjustments, especially in retail/e‑commerce/consumer businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive monthly closing across the Group, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit process; prepare audit schedules and respond to queries.
• Strengthen SOPs, approvals and internal controls; ensure proper documentation and accounting treatment.
• Develop management reporting by market, channel and product; translate results into actionable insights.
• Monitor working capital drivers and manage cash flow forecasts; liaise with PICs for visibility.
• Review AP/AR, bank reconciliations and other finance ops; resolve issues with shared services teams.
• Support NetSuite and other finance systems; identify opportunities to automate processes.
