Job summary

Revup Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Finance, Consolidation to consolidate and report group financials in line with SFRS/IFRS and SGX requirements.

You will work on quarterly closes, intercompany eliminations, and preparation of consolidated financial statements for management, the Board, and auditors. You will also support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while partnering with subsidiaries and business units to improve finance processes and automation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience with strong group consolidation and reporting.
• Experience in a listed company is essential.
• Experience with Oracle and/or Hyperion is essential.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS, consolidation, financial reporting and audit.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual group consolidation and reporting.
• Prepare and review consolidation journals, intercompany eliminations and adjustments.
• Review submissions from subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, reporting schedules and hedge accounting schedules.
• Support year-end audit and Annual Report preparation.
• Prepare management reporting packs and financial analysis.
• Support SGX reporting, results announcements and Board reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and support statutory reporting requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with finance teams across subsidiaries and business units.
• Guide junior team members where required.
