Job summary

DigiFT, a regulated on-chain exchange for tokenized real-world assets, seeks a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, budgeting, and regulatory matters across DigiFT and related entities. You will thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment and interact with MAS-regulated processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA qualifications preferred.
• 3–8 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in high-growth startups or regulated financial institutions is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, IFRS, MAS-regulated businesses and capital markets operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with SFRS and applicable requirements.
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations and financial records for the Group.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate secretaries.
