Job summary

CLAAS2SAAS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations for the Group's entities, including Singapore and overseas operations.

You will ensure accurate records, timely month-end closings, and reliable financial reporting. Working with the CFO and global finance teams, you will manage intercompany transactions, tax compliance, payroll finance support, and audits while driving process improvements and automation to strengthen internal controls

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• 6 years of relevant accounting or finance experience in multi-entity or regional environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, month-end closing, reconciliations, AP/AR.
• Good understanding of Singapore tax requirements.
• Experience with stat audits and payroll-related finance activities is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
• Power BI or Power Automate experience is an advantage.
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple entities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for assigned entities.
• Prepare monthly entity-level financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate revenue and cost accounting, ensure accuracy and reconciliation.
• Support tax & statutory compliance for assigned entities.
• Assist accounts payable, receivable, and working capital management.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and documentation.
• Support audits and statutory reporting.
• Assist budgeting and variance analysis.
• Provide payroll finance support across entities.
• Contribute to finance controls and process improvements.
