PERSOL in Bedok, Singapore, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead group consolidation and financial reporting under SFRS(I). You will coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual results, support SGX disclosures, and drive accuracy across the Group’s accounting function.

Key responsibilities include statutory audits, tax coordination, and system implementation for the group consolidation, with oversight of Singapore entities.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years hands-on in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Prior exposure to a listed company environment is preferred, along with demonstrated ability to lead a small team.
• Strong technical knowledge of SFRS(I) and consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Group's monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial results per SFRS(I) and regulatory requirements.
• Review the Group's consolidated financial statements and prepare SGX quarterly and annual disclosures and other regulatory reporting.
• Review consolidation workings, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and adjustments.
• Prepare financial performance analyses and commentaries covering revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
• Coordinate external audit activities and tax computations with advisers.
• Oversee accounting and financial closing for Singapore entities and drive system implementation for consolidation.
• Assist in system implementation and development of reporting procedures and internal controls.
