Finance Manager - Group Consolidation & Reporting

Job summary

PERSOL Singapore, located at Bedok, is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee group consolidation and financial reporting under SFRS(I). The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, team leadership, and hands-on experience with consolidation systems.

You will coordinate audits, tax submissions, and regulatory compliance while supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for Singapore entities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS(I), consolidation and technical accounting.
• Experience leading a small team; listed company exposure preferred.
• Public accounting experience, preferably Big 4, with consolidation system implementation experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation and financial reporting under SFRS(I) and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare SGX results announcements, annual report disclosures, and management/Board reports.
• Review subsidiaries’ reporting packages, consolidation adjustments and variances.
• Provide financial analysis and support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Assess complex accounting matters and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Coordinate external audits, tax submissions and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial closing, payments and internal controls for Singapore entities.
• Support consolidation system implementation and process improvements.
