The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to lead group consolidation and financial reporting in Bedok. You will ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual results under SFRS(I) and meet regulatory requirements.

You will prepare SGX disclosures, coordinate external audits, manage tax computations and oversee Singapore entities, including GST and statutory audits. Degree in Accountancy/Finance, 7+ years’ experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are required.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Experience with listed company environments is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of consolidation processes and intercompany eliminations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the timely preparation of the Group’s monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial results in accordance with SFRS(I) and regulatory requirements.
• Review the Group’s consolidated financial statements and prepare SGX quarterly and full-year results announcements, annual report financial disclosures and other regulatory reporting deliverables.
• Coordinate Group external audit activities, including review of audit schedules and timely completion of audit deliverables.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions for Singapore entities, ensuring accurate records and timely closing.
