Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Group's consolidation and financial reporting processes. You will drive monthly, quarterly and annual close, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver insightful commentary on financial performance.

You will oversee intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation adjustments, coordinating with subsidiaries and the audit team. Strong SFRS(I) expertise and prior listed company exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience, at least 3 years in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Prior exposure to a listed company environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS(I) and consolidation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely and accurate preparation of the Group's monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated results in accordance with SFRS(I) and regulatory requirements.
• Review the Group's consolidated financial statements and prepare SGX quarterly and annual reports and other regulatory deliverables.
• Oversee intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and consolidation adjustments for accuracy.
• Prepare financial performance analyses and commentaries covering revenue, profitability, expenses, EBITDA and cash flow.
• Coordinate external audit activities and ensure timely completion of audit deliverables.
• Oversee GST reporting, corporate tax computations and compliance for Singapore entities.
