Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. Bedok, Singapore, seeks a Finance leader to manage the group consolidation and financial reporting functions.

You will lead monthly, quarterly and annual closes in accordance with SFRS(I), and prepare SGX disclosures and annual reports. You will review consolidation workings, intercompany eliminations and currency translation, while liaising with finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

7+ years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in group consolidation and financial reporting.
Experience in a listed company environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of SFRS(I) and consolidation procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated results per SFRS(I) and regulatory requirements.
Review group statements and prepare SGX quarterly and annual reports and disclosures.
Oversee intercompany eliminations, FX translation and consolidation adjustments.
Review subsidiaries' results and resolve reporting issues with finance teams.
Provide financial performance analyses and commentaries on key metrics.
Investigate material movements and explain variances with business units.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
Research and document accounting treatments for complex transactions.
Coordinate external audits and tax computations with advisers.
Oversee accounting and reporting for Singapore entities and assist bank reconciliations.
