Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead group consolidation, financial reporting and regulatory compliance in Singapore. The role requires strong SFRS(I) knowledge, 7+ years of experience, and hands-on consolidation leadership across the Group.

You will coordinate with the Finance Controller, oversee Singapore entities, and drive system implementations and finance transformations to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CA or CPA).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years' hands‑on experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS(I) and consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and consolidation adjustments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in consolidation system implementation or finance transformation projects would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial results per SFRS(I) and regulations.
• Review consolidated statements and prepare SGX-like announcements and disclosures.
• Review intercompany eliminations, translations and consolidation entries.
• Prepare financial performance analyses and commentaries on key metrics.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Coordinate external audit activities and tax computations with advisers.
• Oversee accounting and reporting for Singapore entities and GST/tax compliance.
• Assist in implementing the Group consolidation and reporting system.
