Job summary

Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is recruiting a Finance Manager FP&A to join the Procurement team for ongoing transformation projects.

Based on Jurong Island, the role focuses on driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support management decisions. You will lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts, develop revenue and cost models, and prepare reports for senior management and audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent.
• 5–8 years’ FP&A or related experience; O&G experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, financial modelling and analytical skills.
• ERP/Oracle experience and dashboard development are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis to support management decision-making.
• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles end to end, including planning timelines, templates, data consolidation, and coordination with relevant departments to align financial targets with business and operational objectives.
• Review and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify key variances and trends, investigate underlying drivers, and provide insights on risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models covering revenue, operating expenses, profit margins, capital expenditure, and cash flow. Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic business reviews and decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review, board presentations, and statutory audit requirements, including supporting the preparation of audited financial statements.
• Develop management presentation decks, business review materials, and financial performance summaries highlighting key KPIs, trends, business risks, and areas requiring management attention.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting processes, analytical tools, reporting templates, and presentation standards. Develop dashboards, data visualisations, and automated reporting solutions to improve FP&A efficiency and data visibility.

Our client is one of the leading players for storage terminal sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Manager FP&A to be part of their Procurement team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Location: Jurong Island - transport provided from Jurong East MRT
