Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Based on Jurong Island, the role offers on-site work with transport from Jurong East MRT.

You will develop financial models, drive performance insights, and automate FP&A reporting processes to support strategic decisions. A degree in accounting/business and 5–8 years of FP&A experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent.
• 5-8 years' FP&A experience; O&G experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes with consolidation.
• Perform financial performance and variance analysis; identify trends, risks.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, and cash flow.
• Improve FP&A reporting through automation, data visualisation and tools.

Job description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Location: Jurong Island - transport provided from Jurong East MRT

Key Pointers

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including consolidation and alignment with business targets
• Perform financial performance and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, opportunities and root causes
• Develop and maintain financial models covering revenue, OPEX, profit margins, CAPEX and cash flow
• Improve FP&A reporting processes through automation, data visualisation and reporting tools

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent
• 5-8 years' FP&A or related experience; O&G experience is an advantage
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, financial modelling and analytical skills
• ERP/Oracle experience and dashboard development are advantageous
