Job summary

Achieve Group invites applications for a hands-on FP&A professional to support regional performance reporting, planning and business decision-making across APAC. You will partner with finance and business stakeholders to deliver management reporting, budgeting and forecasting across countries, projects and cost centres.

The role focuses on consolidating P&L performance, supporting annual plans, rolling forecasts and long-term planning while improving data quality, automation and ERP planning

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with professional qualifications.
• 5-8 years’ FP&A, management reporting or finance business‑partnering experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and consolidated reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data consolidation and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated management reports and performance-review materials for regional leadership.
• Analyse P&L performance by country, project and cost centre, including variances and key cost drivers.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term planning.
• Work closely with country finance, business, project and operational teams on financial analysis and project controlling.
• Support reporting and finance discussions relating to joint-venture entities.
• Reconcile management and statutory reporting with the accounting team.
• Improve reporting processes, data quality and automation.
• Build Excel templates to consolidate financial and operational data.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, financial modelling and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a finance super user for ERP and planning systems, supporting upgrades and implementation projects.

Requirements
