Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is hiring a GLOBAL FP&A SENIOR ANALYST for a permanent role based in Singapore (Jurong East / International Business Park). The position offers a salary of SGD 4,500 - 6,000 per month plus AWS (13th month) and a variable bonus, with standard Mon-Fri hours and flexi-hours available.

You will act as Finance Business Partner to global Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing and SCM leadership; support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term projections; analyze P&L and variance;

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to global Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing and supply chain leadership
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term financial projections
• Analyse P&L performance across entities, product ranges, sales areas and expense categories
• Conduct detailed variance analysis against actuals, targets and historical trends
• Identify key business drivers and highlight deviations requiring corrective action
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs and management performance reports
• Support analysis of revenue, margins, product costing, manufacturing costs, SCM costs and inventory
• Support CAPEX, SG&A and R&D cost analysis and budgeting
• Collaborate with regional and global Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior management and Board/shareholder discussions
• Develop and improve reporting tools, templates and processes using Jedox / BPC / BI tools
• Participate in global finance transformation, process improvement and system implementation projects
• Provide financial modelling, market analysis and ad hoc insights to support strategic decision-making
• Take ownership of FP&A activities across North Asia and South Asia

What You'll Be Doing
