Job summary

POP Global Distribution is seeking an Accounting/ Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, manage accounting processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes preparing financial statements, supervising AP/AR, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in full-set accounting, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and professional certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, clients on financial matters.
