is looking for an experienced accounting leader to oversee the full featured accounting function, delivering accurate financial reports and analyses to guide strategic decisions and improve financial processes. You will lead month-end closures, prepare periodic financial statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow and expenses, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in managing a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full set of accounts management and execute month-end closing to ensure timely financial closure.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy to support business transparency and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance to inform and support effective business decisions.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external parties to facilitate smooth financial operations.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to management to support strategic planning and business growth.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency to optimize operations.
