pop global distribution pte. ltd. is seeking an Accounting/ Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, manage the full set of accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support business decisions. You will supervise daily accounting tasks (AP/AR/GL), prepare statements, coordinate with auditors, handle GST, prepare payroll and tax filings, and implement internal controls.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years’ experience handling full set of accounts.
• Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CA) preferred.
• Experience in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.

Mansioni

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR and general ledger using QuickBooks.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure tax filings.
• Produce intercompany statements and manage bank relations.
• Handle payroll and vendor invoicing.
• Develop internal controls and accounting policies.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and stakeholders.
