INDIAN SUPERMARKET PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting. You will ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and timely financial information for management decisions.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, GL, fixed assets and month-end close, develop policies, budgets and cash flow forecasts, and lead the accounting team toward continuous process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop, review, and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support management with ad hoc financial reporting and special projects as required.
