Job Responsibilities:

• To strategise, plan and manage human, financial and other resources to deliver full spectrum of financial & accounting services to clients on a continuous basis.
• To strategise, plan and direct the launch of new financial services to meet the changing needs of clients on a continuous basis.
• To strategise, plan and direct the launch of new initiatives and best practices to enhance the performance, customer experience and/or risk controls of financial services on a continuous basis.
• To analyze and manage operating results, in terms of costs, budgets (operational, capital and cash flow, including forecast), and policies of operations and trends, to increase profit possibilities and business development.
• To supervise, develop and reward staff to understand and anticipate changing needs of client, and initiate work improvements, measures and projects to meet the clients’ service standards and new business requirements.
• To direct the review, test and enhancement of management systems, processes and internal controls to ensure compliance of all policies and procedures, reliability of data & information and operational efficiency & effectiveness.

Period:

• Permanent
• Up to $12000 + VB

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri:8:30am to 6pm

Qualifications
