What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance
  • 4 years of solid accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
  • A sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Maturity and emotional intelligence, with the discretion to handle confidential matters
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and financial projections
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment with competing deadlines
  • A proactive problem-solver who can identify choke points, anticipate issues and develop practical solutions rather than simply escalating problems
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to understand the company's growth trajectory and translate business plans into meaningful financial forecasts and recommendations
  • Comfortable taking ownership and working independently while keeping senior management informed of key financial risks, issues and opportunities
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools is essential, with demonstrated experience using AI as part of their daily workflow to improve productivity, accuracy and efficiency
