Job summary

Adrenalin Group is seeking a Finance Manager for Group Finance & Strategy in Singapore. You will work closely with the Group CEO/MD to manage day-to-day accounting, financial planning, and stakeholder engagements with a technology-driven finance function.

The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Xero, and a proactive mindset to implement automation and AI tools across the finance function.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting/finance is required or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Xero and ERP systems for multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting functions (AP/AR/GL) and month-end closings across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets and cash flow statements; maintain audit readiness.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and maintain financial controls.
