Job summary

ANTARES MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering across multiple entities in Singapore.

You will oversee full sets of accounts, manage month-end closings, and ensure statutory compliance with SFRS while providing strategic insights to drive profitability. The role involves collaborating with sales, operations and marketing teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations,

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 6-10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Experience handling full set of accounts and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Big 4 audit experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Review statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRS.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Perform group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting across multiple entities within the group.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions.
• Work with business teams to understand financial implications of business decisions.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business growth and profitability.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and marketing.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate service providers.
• Prepare audit schedules and support statutory filings.
• Prepare and review GST returns, tax filings and related compliance requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Manage banking transactions and payments.
• Review and improve finance processes and internal controls.
