Job summary

SINOPPEL DEVICE PTE LTD is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee daily accounting operations and drive the company’s financial performance. You will manage GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and intercompany activity, lead closing processes, and deliver timely management reports.

The role includes budgeting, forecasting and monitoring performance, cash flow management, and ensuring GST, tax, audit, and compliance are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting, GST, tax and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, inventory and credit control.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and intercompany transactions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial analysis and insights to Management.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of business performance against targets.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, banking matters and foreign currency exposure.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, ageing and cost/margin analysis.
• Manage accounts receivable, credit control, customer collections and credit exposure.
• Ensure timely tax, GST, audit and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, finance processes and support ERP/automation improvements.
• Lead and develop the finance team while partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, HR and other departments.

• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, inventory and credit control.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and Management.
