Job summary

SINOPPEL DEVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and intercompany transactions. You will manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing and ensure timely financial reporting.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and monitor business performance, manage cash flow and treasury, and strengthen internal controls while partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, HR and Management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and professional qualifications preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting, GST, tax and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, inventory and credit control.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany).
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closings and ensure timely reporting.

• Manage cash flow, treasury, banking matters and currency exposure.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and product cost analysis.

• Strengthen internal controls and support ERP/automation improvements.
• Lead and develop the finance team and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, HR and others.

• Manage accounts receivable, credit control, customer collections and credit exposure.

• Strengthen internal controls, finance processes and support ERP/automation improvements.
• Lead and develop the finance team while partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, HR and other departments.

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with relevant professional qualifications preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in distribution, trading or consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting, GST, tax and statutory requirements, with experience in financial reporting and audit.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, inventory and credit control.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and Management.
