Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior finance leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial governance. You will lead the Finance team, streamline internal controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to support cost optimization and growth.

The role emphasizes cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision support for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business objectives.

• Lead and develop the Finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, electronics, technology, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial reporting tools.
• Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
