Job summary

ACCA Careers in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead the full accounting cycle for an overseas investment holding group. You will handle monthly closings, reconciliations, tax filing, and timely reporting to UK and Singapore business heads.

Reporting to the Business Heads, you will manage cash flow for regional investments and coordinate with external agents to ensure regulatory governance. ACCA-qualified professionals with 8+ years of experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• ACCA or degree-qualified with at least 8 years of full-sets accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience in outsourced accounting and/or investment holding companies preferred.
• Independent, hands-on, and able to work in a lean setup.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting cycle for group entities including monthly closings and reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow activities to support local and regional investments.
• Coordinate with external agents to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
• Prepare financial and management reporting for business heads in UK and Singapore.

About The Job

Reporting to the Business Heads in the UK and Singapore, you will be independently responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting for the group entity including monthly closing and reconciliations, timely tax filing, financial and management reporting. You will manage their cash flow activities in support of their investments locally and regionally. You will also be the point of contact to liaise with external agents to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.

Skills And Experience Required

You should ideally be ACCA or degree qualified with at least 8 years of full sets of accounting experience and comfortable working through excel. Prior experience in outsourced accounting and/or investment holding companies would be advantageous. You are independent, hands on and comfortable working in a lean set up.
