Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced financial accounting professional to independently manage the full spectrum of financial accounting for the group entity. The role covers monthly closing, reconciliations, timely tax filing, and both financial and management reporting.

You will oversee cash flow activities in support of local and regional investments and act as the primary liaison with external agents to ensure regulatory compliance and governance in a lean, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• ACCA or degree qualification with at least 8 years of full sets accounting experience.
• Experience with monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prior outsourced accounting and/or investment holding company exposure is advantageous.
• Independent, hands-on, and comfortable in a lean operating environment.
• Good governance, external liaison, and attention to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own full spectrum of financial accounting for the group entity, including monthly closing and reconciliations.

Reporting to the Business Heads in the UK and Singapore, you will be independently responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting for the group entity including monthly closing and reconciliations, timely tax filing, financial and management reporting. You will manage their cash flow activities in support of their investments locally and regionally. You will also be the point of contact to liaise with external agents to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be ACCA or degree qualified with at least 8 years of full sets of accounting experience and comfortable working through excel. Prior experience in outsourced accounting and/or investment holding companies would be advantageous. You are independent, hands on and comfortable working in a lean set up.
