SINOPPEL DEVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee daily finance operations, financial reporting and budgeting. You will lead a team, partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and HR to drive performance and ensure strong internal controls.

The role requires 6–8 years of relevant finance experience in distribution or electronics, with hands-on budgeting, cash flow and GST/tax expertise. Singapore-based leadership in a dynamic environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany).
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closings and financial reporting.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to Management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of business performance against targets.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, banking matters and foreign currency exposure.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and product cost/margin analysis.
• Manage accounts receivable, credit control, customer collections and credit exposure.
• Ensure timely tax, GST, audit and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, finance processes and support ERP/automation improvements.
• Lead and develop the finance team while partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, HR and other departments.

Job Description

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial analysis and insights to Management.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of business performance against targets.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, banking matters and foreign currency exposure.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, ageing and product cost/margin analysis.
• Manage accounts receivable, credit control, customer collections and credit exposure.
• Ensure timely tax, GST, audit and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, finance processes and support ERP/automation improvements.
• Lead and develop the finance team while partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, HR and other departments.

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with relevant professional qualifications preferred.
• 6 - 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in distribution, trading or consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting, GST, tax and statutory requirements, with experience in financial reporting and audit.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, inventory and credit control.
• Finance Supervisor or Assistant Finance Manager with experience in leading a team is welcomed to apply.
