Job summary

Singapore United Estates (Pte) Ltd is seeking a capable financial professional to lead consolidation, monthly closes, and statutory reporting for the Group. You will prepare SGX reporting, group forecasts, and year‑end accounts, review journals, AP/AR, and liaise with auditors and tax agents, while mentoring team members.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in SGX‑listed companies, a degree in Accountancy or professional qualification, and strong Excel and accounting software

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant working experience in SGX-listed companies.
• Strong knowledge of group consolidation and proficient in SFRS(I) and Income Tax Act.
• Working experience in audit firms, hospitality industries, or real estate developers is advantageous.
• Degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification.
• Meticulous, committed, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

• Assist with internal reporting to the Board
• Review corporate tax and reporting pack of subsidiaries
• Handle transfer pricing related work activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit and statutory requirements
• Liaison with internal and external auditors and tax agents
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
