Job summary

SINGAPORE PAINCARE HOLDINGS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager – Group Consolidation to oversee monthly, half-yearly and annual consolidation for the group in Singapore. You will coordinate with subsidiaries and HQ to ensure accurate eliminations and timely reporting in line with SFRS(I) and SGX requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of consolidation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
• Hands-on FP&A experience (budgets, forecasts, variance analysis).
• Good knowledge of SFRS(I)/IFRS and SGX Catalist regulations is a plus.
• Experience with XERO preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team player and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in SGX-listed company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Eliminate intercompany transactions and reconcile with subsidiaries and HQ.
• Assist in financial disclosures for SGX Catalist announcements and annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS(I) and SGX listing requirements.
• Manage full set of financial reports for 1-2 subsidiary entities, including GST and XBRL submission.
• Support Group Finance Manager in reviewing subsidiaries’ operations.
• Assist in external and internal audits; resolve audit matters.
• Ensure compliance with corporate tax, GST and other tax regulations in Singapore.
• Support FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.

ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager – Group Consolidation to oversee and manage the financial consolidation process for our SGX Catalist-listed investment holding company.

The ideal candidate will prepare consolidated financial statements, ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS(I)), SGX regulations, and other statutory requirements, and work closely with subsidiaries, associates, external auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

This role presents an exciting entry-level managerial opportunity for strong candidates who have not worked in listed companies before but are eager to learn and gain exposure in a listed company environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Work closely with the finance teams of subsidiaries and HQ to ensure accurate elimination of intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist in financial disclosures for SGX Catalist announcements, half-yearly and annual reports.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with SFRS(I) and SGX listing requirements.
• Manage full set of financial reports for 1-2 subsidiary entities, including GST and XBRL submission.
• Assist the Group Finance Manager in reviewing and managing subsidiaries’ operations.
• Assist in the external and internal audit process, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit matters.
• Ensure compliance with corporate tax, GST, and other tax regulations in Singapore.
• Support financial due diligence, integration, and consolidation of newly acquired businesses.
• Support day-to-day operational needs and provide guidance to finance team members.
• Support internal controls and process improvement initiatives.
• Support and manage Financial Planning & Analysis(FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting to support business decision-making.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).
• Minimum2 years of experience in consolidation.
• Minimum2 years of managerial or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Possess good consolidation knowledge and hands on abilities.
• Good knowledge of SFRS(I) and IFRS, and/or SGX Catalis regulations (is a plus).
• Preferred having experience in working with XERO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team player and able to work under pressure.
• Prior audit/accounting services experience is a plus.
• Experience in SGX-listed company is a plus.
