Job summary

MOOV Logistics is seeking a senior finance leader to drive the group’s financial close, consolidation and reporting across Singapore, China, Malaysia and the Netherlands. The role requires IFRS expertise and a track record in multi-entity accounting.

You will support budgeting, forecasting and audits while enhancing ERP processes and automation. Multinational exposure and Mandarin ability are desirable assets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant finance experience.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Proven multi-currency, multi-entity group accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
• Manage group consolidation activities including intercompany eliminations.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
• Coordinate finance activities across Singapore, China, Malaysia and the Netherlands.
• Carry out analytical review of financial performance of the Group.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
• Coordinate statutory audits and tax compliance activities.
• Liaise with tax advisers and external auditors.
• Review finance processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Actively support ERP design and implementation.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Group Finance Director.
