HRnet One Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting operations in Singapore and support regional activities across SGD, MYR, USD, EUR and RMB.

You will manage consolidation, intercompany eliminations, external audits, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting to the Board, partnering with project teams and ensuring controls in a fast-paced industrial automation environment.

Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Finance Manager to join a fast‑paced industrial automation environment. This role will oversee the finance and accounting operations in Singapore while supporting regional business activities across multiple currencies and project‑based operations. The ideal candidate is a strong team leader with solid technical accounting capabilities, experience managing consolidated accounts, and the ability to partner closely with operational and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations

• Manage multi‑entity group consolidation using Excel, including intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments, and preparation of consolidated financial reports.

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements

• Lead and manage the external audit process, ensuring timely and accurate completion

• Handle multi‑currency transactions and reporting across SGD, MYR, USD, EUR, and RMB

• Partner with project teams to provide financial support and project finance oversight

• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and presentation materials for Board Meetings

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities

• Drive process improvements and enhance finance operational efficiency

About you

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, ideally within industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering, or project‑based environments

• Prior experience managing consolidated accounts and external audits

• Experience leading and managing finance/accounting teams

• Familiarity with multi‑currency business operations

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
