CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks a capable finance professional to lead financial management, budgeting, and cost control for the project development sector. You will oversee daily accounting, prepare financial statements, and support audit activities.

The role requires familiarity with Singaporean financial regulations and strong skills in capital management, risk control, and financial analysis.

Qualificações

• Experience in finance management for a main-contractor is required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish financial management regulations, SOPs and scopes for the project company.
• Daily bookkeeping and timely filing of financial documents.
• Prepare financial statements and support annual audits.
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly management reports, budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Analyze financial status and report to management; supervise statutory filings.
• Prepare capital plans and manage cash flow and funding allocation.
• Assist in investment and financing cost analyses and support planning.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Description & Requirements

As part of a finance team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the new project, you will conduct the financial management, budget and cost control and forecasting of project development sector within the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Establish project company’s financial management regulation, develop job responsibilities/scopes and related SOP
• Daily book-keeping and ensure accuracy and filing of files in a timely manner
• Complete the financial statement and annual audit work
• Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets and forecasts, cost control
• Establish a financial analysis procedure and model, and report financial status to management regularly
• Manage statutory filings including financial statements and taxes
• Prepare project capital plan and ensure proper cash flow and allocation of funds, as well as managing capital risks
• Assist in cost analysis of investment and financing projects, and cooperate with the formulation of investment and financing plans
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Familiar with Singapore's financial policies, corporate financial regulations, and procedures, and proficient in relevant financial and tax laws and regulations.
• Finance Management experience in main-con company is a must.
• Strong capabilities in capital management, cost control, risk control and financial analysis.
• Good organization, coordination, communication skills and teamwork spirit, have a strong sense of responsibility.
