Job summary

EASYBUY PTE. LTD.

is seeking a responsible Finance Manager / Accounts Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations in Singapore. You will manage full-set accounts, billing, payments, bank and cash management, statutory compliance, payroll support and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore.
• Experience with full-set accounting is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting, GST, CPF and statutory requirements.
• Familiar with IRAS and ACRA requirements.
• Experience with payroll processing and CPF submissions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Organised with good time-management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare invoices and follow up on customer payments.

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Accounts Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-set accounting, billing and payment management, bank and cash management, statutory compliance, payroll support and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and bank reconciliations

• Maintain accurate and timely financial records

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Prepare invoices and follow up on customer payments

• Process supplier invoices and payments

• Monitor cash flow and company expenses

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations

• Monitor company bank balances and transactions

• Manage petty cash and related records

• Prepare GST reports and submissions to IRAS

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore

• Experience in handling full-set accounts is preferred

• Familiar with IRAS and ACRA requirements

• Experience with payroll processing and CPF submissions

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, business partners and stakeholders.
