SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Finance Manager in Loyang, Singapore. The role oversees accounting, taxation, budgeting and reporting to support strategic business decisions.

You will manage policies, controls and audits while guiding teams and liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients. Applicants should have a degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong analytical skills and independence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting, corporate reporting, taxation, budgeting and management accounting functions.
• Manage and maintain accounting policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review consolidated financial statements, business reports, forecasts and financial analysis for management and stakeholders.
• Analyse the financial performance of business units and provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and present key financial insights to management.
• Manage tax computation, tax compliance and resolve tax-related matters to minimise business risks.
• Support internal and external audit activities to ensure timely and accurate audit completion.
• Review and improve accounting systems, processes and reporting efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and audit processes.
• Analytical, meticulous and able to work independently with good business acumen.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
